As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking talented individuals proficient in multiple languages to join us as freelance transcribers.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Transcribers proficient in all languages to transcribe audio and video recordings in multiple languages. As a freelance transcriber, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and choose projects based on your language expertise and availability. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your language skills and contribute to meaningful projects across different cultures and languages.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio and video recordings in multiple languages accurately and efficiently.
• Capture spoken words, dialogue, and other audio elements while maintaining clarity and fidelity.
• Adhere to transcription guidelines, formatting standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Proofread and edited transcriptions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow transcribers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality transcriptions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, address feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in multiple languages, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience as a transcriber, preferably with a focus on multilingual transcription.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and interpret diverse accents and dialects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcription and proofreading.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with transcription software and tools is a plus.
