Use our services in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
Use our services to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
Use our services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of our services

All content and materials provided by NIRBHUL, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of NIRBHUL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or transmit any of the content or materials provided by NIRBHUL without our prior written consent.

NIRBHUL may have access to confidential information provided by clients in the course of providing our services. We will maintain the confidentiality of such information and will not disclose it to any third party except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NIRBHUL or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if NIRBHUL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the services provided by NIRBHUL.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamluk jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Tamluk jurisdiction.
